At times, it is very difficult to do activities that most people take for granted. I was in need of a car wash. I live alone and with my health issues, it is difficult to wash my car. Well, Jr took my car and once again went above and beyond to accommodate me. The car was sparkling clean with attention to detail. I want to thank him and his manager, Mark, for accommodating me. Alex, thanks so much. I don’t know where to even begin but after constantly having an issue with my vehicle and not being able to resolve my issue, I decided to take it to I don’t know where to even begin but after constantly having an issue with my vehicle and not being able to resolve my issue, I decided to take it to Walters, and without an appointment Alex was able to help me immediately. Within a few hours Alex called me to inform me with what the issue was and thank goodness is was covered under warranty! My car was ready the next day and no issues since then! Thanks Alex. More
