Disaappointed Customer I've been with Mercedes many of years and have never had such a horrible experience until I went to the Riversides location.. I will NEVER go there a I've been with Mercedes many of years and have never had such a horrible experience until I went to the Riversides location.. I will NEVER go there again, the service was so BAD that I am thinking about getting rid of my Mercedes all together!! I went in for a B service on Friday Nov 2nd. Cody was the rep that checked me in. He indicated that I am due for the B service and stated it is $409. I ask about a coupon that I had and he indicated the $409 captures it. he indicated that there was a recall and that the car might take a bit longer. He went on to fill out the paperwork and have me sign. I NEVER had to read what I was signing before as I was NEVER hustled before. I later got a text indicating my car was done and a link to check out, that is when I realized there was serviced added that was not communicated to me nor was the addl cost indicated to me either (around $900). I called the service department on my way to pick up my car, and it got worse. Spoke to Cody where he indicated that they will eat the cost, then his manager call me back - Mark (rude) and indicated that I signed it and I will have to pay for it. They may be able to give me a small discount.. Whereas I asked to speak to his boss. When I arrived he had me speak to Tyler, as if it couldn't get any worse, he was a complete xxxxxxx! Very conformational, spoke to me as if I was a child (I'm sure he wasn't any older than 25 so this explains his behavior). I basically told him I was not going to sit here and argue with him. If I was aware of the cost I would have went straight to the cashier and paid it. I was lied to, disrespected and a complete waste of my time dealing with these children. I cant believe Mercedes has these types of employees I am completely floored and disappointed!! Never ever ever will I go to this Mercedes again and probably will NEVER EVER buy another one because of this isolated incident Very unfortunate. The only reason why there is a star indicated is it would not let me leave it BLANK or put a negative!!! More

Excellent service as usual. Service was quick and waiting room was very comfy. Plenty of private seating. Reasonably quite and well stocked with snacks and coffee.
