Excellent. Courteous. Knowledgeable Immediately and timely we were greeted when we arrived with our rv for service. We waited for the repairs and Adam Garcia came to us several time to update us to let us know what was going on and how long we would have to wait. When we found that it would take another day to get the part and repair, we were offered to leave it there as long as we needed to and come and get it when we could. Everyone there was dressed well, groomed well, courteous and i would buy merecedes Benz just for how we were treated alone. More

We brought our vehicle in and the pleasant greeting by Richard Walter’s Automotive installed upgrades to our Sprinter RV with parts we bought outside. We brought our vehicle in and the pleasant greeting by Richard Airada while pulling up and Adam Garcia our service rep has who helped us through it all made everything seamless. We have never experienced excellent service at any dealership as that is not something you would expect. Adam Garcia went above and beyond our expectations with making sure the service was done right, that we were taken care of with a loaner or other transportation options like a shuttle and that followed up with the performance on our vehicle.
