When I took it into Walters Mercedes in Riverside CA I was impressed with the quick welcoming service, and then I was even more impressed with Wyman Apple, our service advisor. He took the time to know what I was needing for my vehicle and didn't waste my time with "other offers". He was patient with my thoughts and questions, answering all of them professionally as well as courteously. I will make the long drive to Walters again when our SUV needs attention, and I will ask for Wyman again as well. More

Professionalism with a touch of class We brought our new SL450 in for its first service. The appointment time was honored and we were handled with courtesy and professionalism. The service advisor was a gentleman and very professional. The waiting room was spotless and everyone waiting seemed to be seated comfortably. While we waited we strolled the showroom and came upon an SUV which we thought was the perfect car for us. Our salesman was very informative and pleasant. He was calm and informative, never pushy or overbearing. We thanked him for his time and took some time to consider the purchase. We met with the manager who had assisted us in the past purchase of our SL450 and discussed the purchase with him and together with the original salesman we decided to least the SUV. Once our SL was serviced we left with it and the new SUV. All in a matter of a few short hours. Wonderfully professional and classy salesmanship. More
