I wanted to express my deep appreciation to the Senior Mgt of Walters M/B for the excellent service provided by Service Advisor Cody Burt & Walters Technician who repaired my ‘06, E-500 Air-Matic susp sys Mgt of Walters M/B for the excellent service provided by Service Advisor Cody Burt & Walters Technician who repaired my ‘06, E-500 Air-Matic susp sys. I was extremely pleased with the professional insight, knowledge & personable customer service Cody provided during my “emergency” drop-off at the Dealership, Sat am, 10/29/22. The follow-on prompt handling & diagnosis provided by the Tech, who provided a very well laid-out text msg description of all needed repairs, along with a very well shown & clearly explained video (by Tech) of my malfunctioning Air-Matic strut, was really amazing! Though rather costly, the repair & service provided by both gentlemen in your service dept was truly exceptional & appreciated Thank You, D. Vargo More

My service advisor Austin was very helpful and courteous and solving my issues of my vehicle. He also helped me figure out what was wrong with the passenger side seat, which would not operate. They found my and solving my issues of my vehicle. He also helped me figure out what was wrong with the passenger side seat, which would not operate. They found my wife’s sunglass case in there which damaged the motor etc. they had my car for one day and I was able to get it the next day. Good work. More
