Every time I go they can’t find me in their system it’s an ordeal jut to pick my car up no ones knows where my paper work is or my keys. This has happened both times I took my car in for service. When you an ordeal jut to pick my car up no ones knows where my paper work is or my keys. This has happened both times I took my car in for service. When you are the only one at the counter it should not take them a half hour to find your paper work and keys. No one knows what’s going on. More

Took my truck in because it felt like it wasn't getting boost. They said the tech didnt see any codes and thought it drove fine so I went and picked it up. that evening I got a service engine soon light an boost. They said the tech didnt see any codes and thought it drove fine so I went and picked it up. that evening I got a service engine soon light and read the code myself. Sure enough it was a low boost code. When I turned the truck off and back on the light was off. Luckily I took a picture of the code myself. I took the truck back to them and talked to the tech. He said they might have to keep it and see if it acts up because he can't do anything unless he gets a code. I made another appointment so we will see how it goes. Not real impressed so far. There are a few ways to at least rule out if a turbo is bad, and they are simple checks, but doesn't sound like they even did that. More
