I never felt pressured or uncomfortable, every step was explained in a way that is understandable and made simple. They were honest and built trust. The business is very clean and maintained well. I had the opportunity to observe the folks who work in the service department, outstanding customer service, they are professional as well as compassionate about the care they provide the customer. The salesman who helped me (Barry) is great, the gentleman who completed the sale is also great. This was a fantastic, painless experience. These folks are absolutely the very best. Parts were a little more expensive than if i would have purchased from other dealerships but work was comple given I was leaking transmission fluid.
