Not overly happy with the vehicle so far but the service department has done a great job so far. I thought a new vehicle would not of had these issues but Washington Ford and Fox Ford has been very good abo department has done a great job so far. Service department is excellent. Good mechanics and Kevin is great on the desk. The ladies the cashier desk are polite and quick. The service at Washington Ford has never let me down. I bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest! With that being said, I do believe that bad vehicles happen bought my vehicle there because of the great service! They always have my best interest!
