On April 2, 2024 I took my Edge into Wayne Akers Ford. I had an appointment for that day and I was greeted by Steve. I told him the problem I was having with the car. He listened to me, asked me for mor I had an appointment for that day and I was greeted by Steve. I told him the problem I was having with the car. He listened to me, asked me for more information about my problem and if there was anything else there could do for me. This was a pleasant surprise since normally other deal ships just want you in and get out ASAP. So I told Steve that I would be leaving the car for two days with him so no rush and he cheerfully said if I can get it finished sooner I will call you. So that afternoon Steve called to tell me me car is ready and if I want I could pick it up today or tomorrow. I went to pick it up the next day, meet with Steve. He reviewed what happened and how they fixed the problem. Since it was under warranty it was No Charge. I drove away a happy camper. But now as I write this review and thinking about my interaction with the dealership and Steve it was a great experience. I’m sorry I can’t give them a 10, I’m sorry I can’t give them 100. Our vehicle has been damaged multiple times while being serviced (sunroof left open during rain, big scratch on the front of the car, and ding in passenger door), multiple times dirty hand prints on the inside/outside of the vehicle (we have tan interior), and laziness when removing sticker tags (not fully removing and left all cracked on windshield). More
