Dealership took a look at my car when I was having issues with the front tire. They didn't charge me to look at it and washed my car upon pick up even though I didn't need a repair to anything. I will definitely choose Wayne Akers (20 miles from me), that saw me within a day of calling, over the Ford dealership that is only 4 miles away but couldn't get me in for a month (even though I bought my car from them last year). Should I be in the market for a new car in the future, they will be my first stop - they made me feel like a priority even as a new customer. More
