Ordered a new van on January 3 2022. Didn't receive van until January 2023. This was not the fault of Wayne Akers Ford but Ford themselves. Our salesman David was great. Always answered my questions and was there for us the whole 13 months that we waited for our new work van. I would do business with David again if I ever need to have a new vehicle. He even helped us out for a few days holding the van while we were waiting for it to go get shelves. David made everything stress free and fast. More
