I had to get some work done and loved the desk area so I didn’t have a chance to visit the coffee bar set up, that was a nice touch. Wow, what happened to the service department? It used to be good but now is pretty darn bad. I had to wait almost two hours for a simple service. Plus, while the technicians wrote that they checked the windshield wipers, I know they didn't because my passenger side wiper is split in two. Also, while trying to kill two boring hours, I walked around the new car lot and inside, and not a single hello or acknowledgment or a question about if I can be helped. Bad service and bad vibes. I came for a recall. The service department did not have the parts. Eric tried to get them for me because the person that made my appt never ordered them. Eric made a few phone calls to find out that Ford doesn’t have the parts for this recall at this time. He gave me his card and also called me later in the day to share the info he found out. We will keep in touch in order to set up my appointment as soon as possible. More
