Just wasted four hours for one tire. A tire that was covered under warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. Every time I go to this service department, I have to spend my whole day the A tire that was covered under warranty from when I purchased my vehicle. Every time I go to this service department, I have to spend my whole day there and it’s never a simple fix. The communication is beyond poor and the staff is unprofessional. If I asked for you to change my phone number, why can’t that be done? I wish I can handle personal business on the company’s clock like Keyanna. If that was so, I wouldn’t have missed work. I spoke with Karl and told him about today’s experience and all he could do was apologize. I got frustrated, yelled and walked out. I’m on the verge of canceling my contracts so I can go somewhere else. More
