While we are at a time in this world where things are not like they used to be on many levels… In addition to labor shortages, pandemic, finding decent help… “parts” for vehicles are also hard to come by the like they used to be on many levels… In addition to labor shortages, pandemic, finding decent help… “parts” for vehicles are also hard to come by these days (as many already know). While my vehicle was in the center for a much longer time than expected (absolutely no fault of anyone at collision center), my experience was very, very good! My collision estimator and overall advisor, Brian Grosso, was EXCEPTIONAL. Despite being told and hopeful for expected parts coming in that didn’t, he would keep me posted and/or at least take a minute for my call when I phoned in. The center is very busy and I found LeShea Martin (business office) wearing “many hats” yet, just as helpful, kind & understanding as Brian. They have Enterprise rental car on site & I commend the associates there & at the Enterprise main site (off Congress) for which I also had the pleasure of working with. In closing, my overall experience at Wayne Ackers Collision Center is the five stars I have provided and firmly believe is well deserved!
