I received a call from Frank saying my part has come in and we made arrangements to have a loaner car for me on Wednesday the 23rd and they would pick up my car at my home and leave me the loaner I then got a second call from Frank saying that there was a loaner available for Monday the 21st and that date he would call me Monday to tell me when he was coming I know I found out today that there was no schedule from maintenance and repairs for Monday the 21st and that it was still the 23rd I would like to get this cleared up as soon as possible I have called service department and there’s no answer I have left messages for Frank and no return call please call me as soon as possible at 772-801-1511
