I had a fantastic experience with my service advisor Josue and the cashier Edriz. This was my first time at Wayne Akers Ford, I moved from Virgina-I needed to get a new key cut and programmed for my 201 Josue and the cashier Edriz. This was my first time at Wayne Akers Ford, I moved from Virgina-I needed to get a new key cut and programmed for my 2017 Ford Explorer and get a few recalls taken care of. When I arrived to pick up my car Friday 1/7/22 when my credit card was processed I must have pulled it out to fast because although it said Approved on my side the dealership’s side didn’t get an approval. My bill was $428.91 and since my credit card company captured the first sale I was unable to swipe that card for another $428.91-while the cashier was super friendly and was trying really hard to find a way to solve this your Service Director, Lenny, came into the room and basically started yelling at me, I was shocked by his behavior as was the cashier Edriz, she looked shocked as well. I was not upset or being loud and I’m really unclear on what brought on Lenny’s abusive behavior but it was beyond awful. I’m a 52 year old woman with 32 years of Customer Service Leadership-25 of those years with Whole Foods Market-a leader in Service! Please let Lenny know that he lost what would have been a very loyal Ford customer, you get one chance with me to make that first impression and although Josue and Edriz were beyond phenomenal the atrocious behavior by your Service Director, Lenny has taken business away from Wayne Akers Ford More
