I am new to the area and new to buying a car. I had been to multiple other dealerships with no luck (in cars or sales people). I knew the moment I walked into Wayne Akers Ford that I would purchase my car there. I arrived in the pouring rain and was greeting by Steve. Before anything, he listened to what my experience had been, what I wanted, what I could afford. He was amazingly kind, thorough and I felt valued and respected throughout the process. I got all that I wanted and needed, and then some. I also worked with Darlene from Finance, whom was incredibly patient during the financing portion of the sale. I had no idea what I was doing, but everything was explained thoroughly and in terms I could grasp and process. She ran numbers for me multiple times in order to find the right package for me -- what fit my budget, what wouldn't financially hurt in the short and long term. Now is not the right time to buy a used or new car, but THIS is the place you should go now, or anytime in the future. THESE are the people you want guiding you through the process. Took my vehicle in for an oil change & tire rotation on 5/28. Also asked to check brakes & try & repair ashtray. My service rider B. Buchanan was courteous & nice. Well, the bad part is on Sunday, I notice 5/28. Also asked to check brakes & try & repair ashtray. My service rider B. Buchanan was courteous & nice. Well, the bad part is on Sunday, I noticed that one of my lug nut covers was damaged. Due to the holiday, I contacted my service rider & left voicemail on Tuesday. We spoke again I think on Thursday & I have not been contacted yet. My main concern is that the technician made the mistake, & to my knowledge didn’t let anyone know. More
