Wayne Akers Ford is hands down the best dealer, with all the services to the highest standards. All staff members are professional, punctual, and extremely polite, making you feel treated the best anyone ca the services to the highest standards. They pick up the car for maintenance, bring it back, and everything is as easy as possible. Just sip your morning coffee and give the keys to the guy who picks up, and that's it. Highly recommend! Terrible Service Department! The Service Guy Steve straight up had attitude when I arrived. Like Inwas bothering him or something. He asked what I was needing for my F250 and I e The Service Guy Steve straight up had attitude when I arrived. Like Inwas bothering him or something. He asked what I was needing for my F250 and I explained oil change. First thing out his mouth was “it’s gonna be expensive.” I was like xxx. Oh well, he walked around and came back in and said you want tire rotation? I said yea. He then told me it was going to be $275 for my oil change. Ridiculous! I went down the street to another Ford Dealership and they charged me $130 for the exact same thing. Terrible service. Bad attitude! More
