Our vehicle has been damaged multiple times while being serviced (sunroof left open during rain, big scratch on the front of the car, and ding in passenger door), multiple times dirty hand prints on the inside/outside of the vehicle (we have tan interior), and laziness when removing sticker tags (not fully removing and left all cracked on windshield).
