Came in as my breaks squeak and grind. Was told my breaks are fine. 58k miles and I sound like the fedx truck when I stop. Wasn't expecting to pay as much as I did. When I leased my vehicle, I was sold a program that would cover EVERYTHING on my car. I was 'told' by the finance person, I would pay for 'nothing!' The cashier testerday even told me there have been quite a few customers that have mentioned that exact same thing to her. Evidently, that program doesn't exist! More
The service writers here are rude and non communicative. They do not answer the phones or call back. They do not live up to the time line that they provide. I will say at the end after talking to a manager they did try to make things right. I do appreciate that. But at the end of the day i shouldn't have to get a manager involved ti be treated fairly. I do not think i would use this dealership again in the future. More
After my last rating, the service manager said I would be reimbursed for the $180 rental. As of today March 29, 2024.
