Ford Rep told me those tests aren't any good, but Ford's result was exactly the same as AutoZone. Definitely felt ripped off. More

Schedule oil change and waited on my car and it went smoothly. I recently have an issue with my iPhone map not working with my GPS although everything else does and asked for help. Intake didn’t know, referred me to a young lady who was going to get me help, she went to get the guy in the back and he told her he would not come out right then. He told her I need to schedule an appointment to have that looked at. I’m sure it’s some silly glitch in my settings on the truck or my phone but sent me away without even checking it. Frustrating!
