I called another dealer In the area to schedule the appointment several times… when I finally got someone on the phone they told me they’re were going to keep the car for a minimum of 3 days and had to appointment several times… when I finally got someone on the phone they told me they’re were going to keep the car for a minimum of 3 days and had to wait 5 working days for the appointment. When I called Wayne Akers I got someone on the 1st call and an early appointment right the next working day, my car was ready early the next day! Excellent and professional service ! More

Had an appointment for August 10, for torque converter replacement. Aug15,- advisor to talk to tech, no call back. Aug 19, received text, ordered part Aug 19- part received Aug 22- service advisor s replacement. Aug15,- advisor to talk to tech, no call back. Aug 19, received text, ordered part Aug 19- part received Aug 22- service advisor said next week Aug 27- tech completing 2 vehicles, start Aug 28. Aug 29- waiting on parts for two vehicles. Sept 4- drove over, told will start sept. 5. Sept 5- finally ready for pickup!!! Four weeks, all correspondence started by me. They would never return calls, emails, total lack of communication!! Done with Wayne Akers, I’ll go to Al Packer from now on!! More
