Gave a higher price, then when asked to email the price breakdown so I could check the numbers, refused to do that as well and hung up the phone on my face. If you have these kind of salespeople running this dealership I would tell everyone to stay as far away as possible. More

Terrible service . I have brought in my vehicle several times for repair. (Lag and throttle response) and they've said that there is nothing found. Finally brought my . Finally brought my car back due to their now being a noise from the engine bay. It has been at their service center for 3 weeks and it has yet to be repaired. They do not call you to update you on the vehicle status. I have called twice a week for the last three weeks only to hear that the part hasnt arrived or that it wont be done till the following week. Called them again this morning and they are now telling me that i have to call back on tuesday. It is ridiculous that it is taking this long, and what bothers me the most is that they do not call you at all unless you call to inquire. I would not recommend this service center at all. More

I have been a loyal Ford customer at Englewood of Ford, but recently moved to the area. I wanted to assess my options for service/sales in the future, so I stopped into the showroom to talk with the staff. Mike came right up to me, introduced himself and took the time to answer all my questions and show me around the showroom/service area. Due to this experience, I will definitely be doing all my service needs with this dealership and when my lease is up, I plan on using only this dealership for my next vehicle. More
Sitting here stranded once again with a car we purchased from Wayne Ford. Needless to say, this is #4 situation of getting stranded due to no start and #2 no start at Newark airport , this time its at 91 from Wayne Ford. Needless to say, this is #4 situation of getting stranded due to no start and #2 no start at Newark airport , this time its at 915pm at night!!!. I could NOT send anyone to Wayne Ford to buy a new or used vehicle with this continuous issue we are having with this car. The car has been back to Wayne Ford atleast 2 times now for same issue and we get stranded due to this vehicle. Diagnostics are obviously NOT being performed properly and they have zero regard for us sitting here now at the airport with a car that once again WONT START!!! How does one buy a 2018 explorer that has a serious no start/electrical issue with reoccurrence and this dealership STILL HAS NOT FIXED this car correctly to stop us from getting stranded if the car sits for a few days. NOT how we wanted our vacation to end by sitting at the airport for an extra hour and a half trying to get it started. More
