Very helpful and customer focused. Dealing with Flip was a wonderful experience. I feel that he made the paperwork portion of the transaction as painless and fast as it could be. 2019 Ranger Wayne Ford is a decent dealership. Sales team tried playing games, did not listen to my request where I needed to be w/ monthly payments. Went to Wayne Ford is a decent dealership. Sales team tried playing games, did not listen to my request where I needed to be w/ monthly payments. Went to 2 other local Ford dealerships who substantially beat their pricing before I even started negotiating. Salesperson Jordy and his manager (forget his name) were nice but I guess they think people are either bad at math, don't have access to a calculator or are just gullible.. Got a much better deal at another dealer. Other than that, I am very happy with my new Ranger! More
