I was sold a "certfied" ford SUV that does not even pass a NYS safety inspection due to the tires being so bold. The inhuman response from worst excuse for man kind Anthony and Jordy was not our problem you bought the car you deal with it.. This sorry excuse for a human so called manager Anthony told if i bring the car back he would mkt accept and he would just park it back in my driveway. Laws were broken here especially when it comes to a dealership selling tires that are over 5 years old and have less the 2 percent thread left on them. I tried reaching out for them to take the car in to the shop for service but they are busy can not look at it right now surprising after the 30 day warranty expires. 2 weeks in I already have put $$$ for new tires and warranty deductibles to get the car in operating shape to pass a REQUIRED GOVERMENT SAFETY INSPECTION. I have been to other dealerships for service and the car drew a crowd on how Wayne Ford would allow a car to de sold with the car in that condition. One can only wish what that these two sorry excuse for the human race Jordy the sales man and his professional crook manager Anthony get ripped 100 times over like they did to me. I do not know how Ford allows CROOKS to represant them. I blame the the owner of this franchise who hired these two theifs. Maybe this owner only cares about making short term money and does not care about whose lives he puts in danger to achieve it. If I was Ford Motor company I would not have these guys part of my organization. The only person at this dealership that was helpful was the finance manager Kevin. I just hope I get my nys resgestration before temporary plate does not expires and is delayed or lost or they forget to call me because of this post !!!! More
Bad deal Went here to purchase a new car, the sale person (Jordy) was absolutely GREAT! but sales manager was not good at all. I felt the price that was quoted was too high and wanted to negotiate more. After Jordy pleaded the manager to come over and talked to me before the deal fell through. The manager came over for a 30 second and stated because he was one of the few dealerships that still had 2018 models, he said he didn't feel the need to negotiate further. Of course I left and went to a dealer within 5 miles of Wayne on the same day and purchased the same exact model that was the same price and different color with rims I really wanted for $100/month less than what I was quoted at Wayne. I wouldn't recommend this dealership if you are looking for a good deal. More
Worst new car dealer experience I have had I have notified them of the issues. Also, this place is difficult to enter and the roads seem haphazardly laid out. Lies, lies, lies Claimed car had 300 miles on it and actually had 56,000. Disappointed So I want to start off by saying at first I was really happy because I was able to get my car the same day I wanted it while I test drove the car it w So I want to start off by saying at first I was really happy because I was able to get my car the same day I wanted it while I test drove the car it was the sound coming from the rear tires so they assured me that they would check the car before final buying. When they check the car they told me one of the tires and to come back in a couple of days and they will fix it so I took the car home then I noticed a crack in the windshield anyways the day of bringing the car in for service they didn’t even want to fix my windshield but they said they would and they would fix my tire now here we are not even a month later and I’m getting ready to go on vacation and I’m noticing that the sound never left so I leave my car with my family mechanic over Acacian and I come back today to a $600 bill because I needed two new tires in a brand new wheel bearing that was still done he didn’t even think they looked at my car while at shop or changed any tire. I should not be paying $600 for a brand new car that I just got a month and a half ago I’m super disappointed especially because my whole family buys my cars from this dealership and they know us very well we will not be going back ever again More

ANOTHER excellant purchase. My forever FORD Family. I have been purchasing FORD vehicles from Wayne Ford for 20 year's. I recently traded in my Ford Explorer and purchased a Ford F150 Lariat 4x4. My experience with Vernon was excellent. Vernon was very honest and caring. My process was very easy. It was great to see that I was recognized and remembered from the Wayne Ford Staff, especially by Troy. Wayne Ford made me feel like Family and ONCE AGAIN made my visit comfortable.
