PETER HERBST was my sales person and he is very rude and given Very bad experience with Wayne Hyundai. Worst customer service. Liars and Cheaters!! PETER HERBST was my sales person and he is very rude and given me a lot of attitude after I got the car!!! I did trade-in my old car and got the new car, asked them to transfer my number plates. When I got the car they gave me temporary number plates and gave me my old plates back. I asked what I should do with these plates. Sales consultant PETER HERBST told me to return it to DMV. I asked a few times, but he was kept mentioning to return it to DMV and I said why? We are transferring plates and he said it’s a process. After a week he called me and said you returned the plates to DMV so now you need to pay for new plates and I said you asked me to return the plates and that’s the reason I returned. He completely denied about returning the plates to DMV. I called a few times to talk to the Manager, Never got called from him. When I got hold of him , he promised that will take care of it, but when I went there he was not there and the other manager, he gave me lot of attitude and said I don’t know, I wasn’t there. They made me pay for the plates. SUCH A TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE… !!!!!!!! DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. More
