Great experience. Overall our experience was great. We already had done a lot of research, and knew exactly what we wanted and that they had it in stock. We had brought our 10mo daughter, who got fussy because the whole experience took longer than we thought (but it was our first time buying and financing a new car). They did everything they could to be thorough but also considerate of our time with a fussy baby. I wish we could've gotten more for our trade in, but they explained why it was the best they could offer. We just didn't want to bother trying to sell it ourselves. Recommend this dealer. More

Promises as usual but NOT delivered Overcharged for services, also forced me to pay for "optional" window etching, because they advised dealer ordered it from manufacturer that way.
