I finally got tired of years of putting money into used cars and started doing research online for several different makes and models. I recently had driven the Hyundai Accent for 8 days as a rental car on vacation and enjoyed it. After doing my research I looked at their inventory and noticed they had a "vitamin C" hatchback on the lot, and contacted them via email. From start to finish this was a great experience. Nicole promptly responded via email and when I said I couldn't get there till the next day, she said no problem and scheduled me in...no pushing to get me there sooner. When I went to the dealership I had my guard up after hearing all my friends horror stories about buying new cars. I was immediately greeted by Manny Kim. He got all the paperwork for the car I was interested in and showed me the exact vehicle I had been looking at online. We sat down and worked out the numbers and agreed on a price. It was really that easy. I was totally relieved and surprised. Manny explained everything clearly, nothing confusing about the numbers, no extra fees or surprises. I never felt pushed or rushed. And by this time I had let my guard down, was joking around, and I was clearly very excited about my first ever new car...in an awesome color. And it was really nice, because other people in the dealership were talking to me too and I genuinely felt like they were sharing in my excitement of my first new car. While filling out all the paperwork takes time, it was a really good experience, everything was explained in detail and all my questions were answered completely. Manny had the car cleaned, filled it with gas, helped me get the car on my insurance and sat in the car with me prior to my driving it off the lot and explained in detail everything I should know about driving the car. I have been smiling every since and have been telling everyone about what a great experience I ad. More
