They did not have my vehicle in stock but they were able to locate and deliver the exact vehicle that I wanted within 1 week. After being jerked around at another dealership for weeks this was extremely refreshing and satisfying. Amazing the difference from one dealership to another. To top it off their finance manger was able to get me a better rate than my credit union was offering. Truly a dealership that goes the extra mile. More

When i went back the next week, I knew what I wanted, I knew they had the model and color (2016 Tucson eco/black). This is where I was anticipating the stereotypical car-salesman/dealership BS to kick in. Thankfully things went smoother and more transparently than I had expected. Alex in the finance office was EXTREMELY cool to talk to and very patient explaining all the financing/contract points and overall he has somewhat altered my perception of what a car dealership can be like, for the better.
