I love the customer service I went into Hyundai yesterday to browse for a new car I was kind of scared due to the bad experience I had at Toyota the day before, but when I got to I went into Hyundai yesterday to browse for a new car I was kind of scared due to the bad experience I had at Toyota the day before, but when I got to Hyundai I wasn't hassled or harassed at the door I was greeted so nicely by a salesman named Rafael its like he knew me and wasn't after my money. He showed me different types of cars until I was comfortable with the one I wanted to purchase, even tho I was not ready to purchase the car right at the moment Rafael understood that and didn't treat me any different. When I am ready to purchase this is the place for me, I will be sending everyone to Hyundai, the customer service here is amazing! More

Understandably, there is always lots of paperwork involved in the acquisition of a vehicle. So, you're usually sitting and waiting for what seems an inordinate amount of time. Noting our concern the finance guy fast-tracked the financing process for us. Who, by the way, was very friendly. Unfortunately, I forgot his name. Sorry. There was some confusion as we were shown and had explained to us features that were not available in the car we were leasing, but that was just an oversight most likely due to our switching car choices sort of last minute and perhaps adding pressure to the situation. Overall, one of the better experiences I've had getting a new car. More
