I was referred to Wayne Hyundai by Wayne Mazda as I was a regular customer at Wayne Mazda before Hyundai split. I went to Wayne Hyundai and I was served by AL who was ok, AL and I agreed to the price. Next regular customer at Wayne Mazda before Hyundai split. I went to Wayne Hyundai and I was served by AL who was ok, AL and I agreed to the price. Next day, I went to the dealership, Mr. Wesley, the manager, decided to cover for AL who was not working that day. Mr. Wesley didn’t honor any price his employee agreed to, Mr. Wesley was rude and had no clue what customer service is. Mr. Wesley went to the extend to tell me that I can buy the car that night but I wouldn’t take it home… apparently, he was planning to install something off of the car. I don’t trust that place and I would never recommend anyone to go to WAYNE HYUNDAI. RT 22 Hyundai has more selection, better prices and easy to deal with. More
