Working with Daniel Brogowski has been the true difference between this dealership and others. Instead of pushy salesmanship we found honest and true help in all regards. The fact that my dealer rep's name isn't even listed up there saddens me. He was personable and friendly and made my first experience with Wayne Hyundai a pleasant one. As for "the manager" that he had t there saddens me. He was personable and friendly and made my first experience with Wayne Hyundai a pleasant one. As for "the manager" that he had to go to to work out my deal with, I'm just going to say that it would have been nice if "Orlando" had come from behind his desk to acknowledge me. It is the little things like that, that make buying/leasing a car so trying. To not be acknowledged by the manager on duty even AFTER the deal was signed show poor judgement on his part. Either that or total insensitivity to his job at this point. I would highly recommend he be put back out on the floor to remember where he came from in the customer service side of that business. If "Orlando" (in quotations to prove my point that I never saw him, so did he exist?) had come out to congratulate me on my purchase, not to mention spending the entire day at his dealership, I might have given all 5's in my review. As for Tommy, I would deal with him again in a heartbeat. He went above and beyond to help me get a safe and within my budget car for my children to drive. For Tommy...I would give all 5's. More

Here is the dealer's reason to charge $299 from a car buyer. 1: This item shows on document as an option but the dealer said their parking lot is open space so this Anti-theft is a protection to protect the car being stolen. Therefore, a buyer is necessary to pay $299 and it is already on the car window. Here is my reason that a buyer should not pay $299 of anti-theft 1: If the dealer really wants to prevent cars being stolen, the dealer can make a gate at the entry of the dealer. Put an anti-theft ETCH on the window cannot prevent the care being stolen. Personally, I think the dealer uses this method to create another source of revenue. The monthly revenue generates from Anti-theft of ETCH is $299 x numbers of car sold. More

This was our first dealing with a foreign car dealership. My husband and I decided to give Hyundai a try after hearing no bad reports from other people who have owned previous hyundais. As this being local to our home, we were pleasantly surprised at the number and style of vehicles from which to choose. I'll admit though, I had my heart set on a sonata after seeing so many on the road. It was a sweltering saturday and after a few minutes of looking around the lot, the young man above approached us and inquired to our specific wants and needs. He was very professional and sincere and spent endless time with us trying to fit this auto to our budget. We did purhase a red (my favorite color) sonata limited with the premium package. Tommy was very knowledgeable about hyundai, and what he could not answer, he very quickly inquired about. His delivery of my car was very informative and in a short time I was driving off in my brand new 2013 Hyundai Sonata. I highly recommend this dealership and will to my family and friends.
