As a trainer for Customer Service, Dan did a great job in meeting expectations. More importantly he was genuine. Very rare to find someone that's all smiles - and truly means to be. We started our shopping day w/ Whitman @ Wayne Hyundai and the bar was raised waaaay high. We still haven't made our decision on which brand or model but the experience alone w/ the sales rep and this dea and the bar was raised waaaay high. Regardless of what we end up with, vehicle-wise, this team has made a difficult choice more so due to their professionalism and demeanor. Kudos. At the very least, one should visit this dealership to find out what customer service should be like.
