I had a great experience with Chris who was very considerate and helpful through the entire process. The actual buying process was much faster than I anticipated and everyone was on schedule. Overall, great job and would I definitely come back for my next vehicle. That being said, I have one complaint about the appropriateness of a conversation I heard while going through the process. The secretary and one of the dealers were having a very open conversation about a current book that's out (Fifty Shades of Grey) and the nature of the conversation was pretty sexual. I'm definitely no prude, but I was shocked that the conversation itself was so loud. I know that there was a teenage girl there with her family at the time and I'm not sure they heard it, but if I were her parents I know I would have been mortified. More
