Wayne Hyundai responded

This customer came in on President's Day wishing to test drive SEVERAL cars and said they were not going to be "in the market" until April when they got their income tax check. The customer was ASKED if they would be willing to schedule another day for test drives so that the customers who were waiting to take advantage of the President's Day Sales could be attended. The customer then demanded that we give our "best price" on the "several" models, which were vehicle not even in stock and challenging to get (at that time). Rather than allow time for the sales manager to help, the customer left irate, but not before making a scene in the showroom. Bad customer.
