In complete contrast to this experience, I walked into Wayne Automall Hyundai and had the great fortune of talking to Whitman as my salesman. He was the best and made buying the car a breeze. I wou;ld rate this service as bad at best. My windsheild washer fluid tank was cracked in an accident. During the snowstorm the salt accumulated on the window. I got home and took glass cleaner and washed the window with a wipere and later towel. Terrible scratches formed which should not have happened. Also scratches on driver's door window from straight up and down opening. I was told that Hyundai USA would not approve because of "outside influences. When I called Hyundai they I was told the dealer makes the decision. Basically both are blaming the other. The body shop I used to repair the car said the glass is defective. I feel the same. Also when I purchased the car they tried to sneak in the $300. option for etching the Vin# on the glass windows. This is done at the factory. It was not untill I thratened to cancel that the backed off. Then they pleaded with me to give them all top rating on the survey. I thought this was strange. I am 79 years old and I never had a window sctatch!!! NEVER!!!! More

After my car was totaled I knew I wanted a safe, reliable, used car without many miles and a good warranty. Thus, I knew I wanted a Hyundai. What I didn't expect was how helpful Fernando would be in reliable, used car without many miles and a good warranty. Thus, I knew I wanted a Hyundai. What I didn't expect was how helpful Fernando would be in helping me secure the car I wanted, at a price I couldn't compare. He was an active listener and was able to match me with the right car. He went above and beyond to secure all the necessary paperwork I needed so when I came to pick the car up all I had to do was sign a few papers. In fact, he even sat in the car and connected my phone to the Bluetooth to save me the hassle of trying to figure that out on my own. Overall, I felt comfortable and supported during this purchase--a welcome change from the aggressive sales pitches I've come to expect when buying a car. I absolutely recommend this dealership. More

This dealership has the capability of being a great one, it justs needs salesforce to stay and be familiar with the vehicles so questions can be answered with knowledge. I just leased a car from Brian Tota, and it was a real pleasure working with him. I never thought I'd say that about a car salesperson but it's the truth! I had a terrible experience at Hyundai of Rt. 4 i pleasure working with him. I never thought I'd say that about a car salesperson but it's the truth! I had a terrible experience at Hyundai of Rt. 4 in Paramus (it was the typical sleazy sales tactics) but decided to give Wayne a try since I loved the Elantra so much. Brian was friendly and helpful, but not at all pushy. We went for a REAL test drive, where I got to see the car perform for more than the 1/8th of a mile drive I had at the Rt 4 dealer. When it was time to talk numbers, he was willing to match the best deal I had negotiated, after lengthy research. When it turned out that they didn't have that car (the GLS) in any color I liked, he offered me the Limited edition at an amazing price. He wasn't pushy and there were no games. I was afraid they might try to put in hidden fees when it was time to sign, but that concern was entirely unfounded; it was easy, transparent, and stress-free. I'm so pleased with my new car and with the experience, and I enthusiastically recommend Wayne Hyundai! More
