I live 5 minutes from this dealership, I would have liked to buy a car from here. I walked into an unprofessional business establishment where a gentleman was yelling and cursing at his employees, what upset to buy a car from here. I walked into an unprofessional business establishment where a gentleman was yelling and cursing at his employees, what upset me the most is when I had to hear homophobic slurs being yelled at one of the employees, with no concern about the customer sitting inside, is this the way this company treats the people that work for them? Treat the employees that work hard for you right, it is disappointing seeing employers treating employees in such an inhuman way. I asked the young lady at the door who that gentlemen sitting behind the big wall with the dark beard was which she would not tell me . I walked out right away and didn't buy a car. I later purchased my car from Paramus Hyundai. They we're very professional in every aspect. More

I have visited 5 hyundai dealership before this and only at this dealership where the MSRP matches the website price others had cheaper price and when you visit the dealership they somehow gave me an increa at this dealership where the MSRP matches the website price others had cheaper price and when you visit the dealership they somehow gave me an increased amount . Guys in dealership were kind enough to show me the car without forcing me to make decision on same day . They gave me a good trade-in price . I would recommend to reach out to this dealership first that the one in your town . More

I simply wanted to buy a Hyundai Ionic 5 Limited. The dealer advertises cars on the internet they do not have to sell. One rep told me there was a "adjustment fee" of 10% over MSRP if you order a car from them that is in transit, but not in the showroom I'll find another EV that is not a Hyundai. More

Hello there sir or to whom it may concern, I've been waiting on a maintenance checkup for the last 4 months and when I've tried to call to ask why there's nothing on the schedule to schedule an appointm waiting on a maintenance checkup for the last 4 months and when I've tried to call to ask why there's nothing on the schedule to schedule an appointment your staff says that they don't have enough mechanics so therefore service has been pushed back 3 months and I cannot wait that long because I've been very on point with my car and the last time I've been there you guys failed to give me my multipoint inspection sheet and cost me a bundle of money cuz you guys didn't tell me that my battery was dying and other things as well so I was a bit disappointed about the whole situation after coming to you guys for 8 years I felt that wasn't very nice to do to an existing customer. So if you guys have any availability I'll be more than happy to bring it in in the morning it would be greatly appreciated cuz I can't seem to get any appointments through you guys and that's very disappointing.... Our salesman Matt was extremely helpful. We were buying out our lease which was a very smooth process. He also let us take a test drive. He again did the numbers & let us do a comparison to decide which option was best for us. He went the extra yard & made an appointment with the service dept for a recall we had received. We had tried to make an appt ourselves & were told the next appointment wasn’t until mid/December. Matt got us an appointment for Monday. We were there on Friday. The staff at Wayne Hyundai were all very friendly & accommodating. More

Worst service, insulting because I did not make de deal with them with unfair trade-in. On this site, they want to sell at any cost, but if, after all the promises they make, no one will respond. And never bought as PORTFOLIO EXTENDED WARRANTY THEY SELL; IT WON SERVE FOR NOTHING, BUT THEY PROMISE IN THE DEAL THAT COVERS, ONCE YOU GO TO MAKE EFFECTIVE YOU GET THE SURPRISE THAT NOTHING OF WHAT THEY PROMISE IS REAL. I BOUGHT A HYUNDAI SONATA 2015, AND I LOST THE CAR BECAUSE NO ONE RESPONDED; THEY GOT ANGRY WITH THE CLIENTS AND DISMISSED THEM WITH RUDENESS. RECOMMENDATION, NEVER BUY A CAR HERE. More
