I just bought a new Palisade from Wayne Hyundai and the service I was given by all involved in my purchase was absolutely amazing!!! There were no gimmiks, no promising me the world and then charging me an arm and a leg. Robert was very honest, helpful and friendly. The finance and management team was a huge help as well. This was the 3rd dealership I went to looking for the car I wanted and I'm so glad I ended up there! If you want top notch service, honesty and a great car you have to go to Wayne Hyundai and see Robert-he is by far, the best! More

UPDATE 4/7: The dealership DID reimburse us for the expenses of our wasted trip, and I hope they will make the necessary changes to their practices. What a hideous experience! After confirming that the ONLY add-ons to the internet price were the tax, licensing fee, and registration fee, AS STATED ON THE INTERNET AD, we drove 2 1/2 hours to get there. We were told the document fee was $699!!! Where I ended up buying a car they charged $75. They also charged $399 for "VIN etching" which I did not want and they would not take off the charge. They also overcharged us on the tax and DMV fees and told us it would be up to us to try to get a refund after the fact. The final insult was they would not take a personal check! Would have been nice if they mentioned that on the phone. We decided if they didn't trust ME (a retired Army Colonel) enough to take my check, we didn't trust THEM enough to buy a used car from them. The general manager refused to speak with us. UPDATE ON 3/26: A manager contacted me and after hearing our story, apologized for their deceptive practices and offered a gift card to partially compensate for our gas, lunch and wasted day. Did nationwide search for used Hyundai Tucson - had to have low mileage, power moonroof etc. I purchased a 1 way ticket to New Jersey from Colorado. I promptly purchased my car with the help of Klaudia Ko have low mileage, power moonroof etc. I purchased a 1 way ticket to New Jersey from Colorado. I promptly purchased my car with the help of Klaudia Kosiorowska who help the car for me to inspect. She even gave me her personal cell to communicate to insure all is ok! The car I bought was 2018 Tucson with only 16135 miles. Dealer also showed me the carfax report (previous owner leased it for 2 yrs). The journey was well worth it. More

I had a reservation set to buy a car I called before to let them know I’m coming and make sure we are set as it was going to take 3.5 hrs to arrive. I also was paying in full no financing. When I got to the dealership I was told they sold it that morning “sorry bro” was all I got!! Why have a reservation/appointment to purchase the car. I’ve worked in sales most my life when someone calls in and asks me to put back something for them they will be in the next day at xx time I honor that. I don’t screw the guy and sale the item to whoever comes through the door! No phone call no nothing 7 hr round trip! What outstanding people they are really care about their customers (SARCASM) More

I had the a horrible experience dealing with the service department, i was lied to for months and serviced was withheld for 10 days even before they started to work on my car. as soon as i got Hyundai corp department, i was lied to for months and serviced was withheld for 10 days even before they started to work on my car. as soon as i got Hyundai corporate involved all of a sudden my car was being worked on almost immediately. Nick the service manager is either incompetent or had some sort of personal issue with me. Even dough i had gotten loaner from them multiple times in the past. as soon as i got corporate involved my Transmission was replaced. This experience was so bad that after 2 Hyundai genesis and 1 Genesis G80 and a Santa Fe i have call it quits with Hyundai. they sell a Luxury brand that can cost you up to 75 thousand dollars for a car and provide you with sonata level service. Since almost all dealerships are family owned and they dont care about the clients nothing will be done here. STAY AWAY FROM WAYNE MAZDA AND WAYNE HYUNDAI. More
