The worst leasing experience. This company does not respect American veterans. I leased a new Palisade from this dealership. I have special Army veteran license plates from my previous vehicle. Instead of doing a simple plate transfer, this dealership put in for new regular plates. The salesperson, Fred, repeatedly lied about the status. Eventually, my 1-month temporary registration expired, and I could not use the car for one week until receiving new plates. But these are not veteran plates that I earned with my service to this country. Fred and his manager were completely unsympathetic and refused to remedy the problem or reimburse me. Now I have to deal with the DMV myself and pay more fees to switch to my veteran plates. More
I came to Wayne Hyundai thinking that I would have to be stuck with the same car. But Jeffery aka JJ made sure that I walked out with the vehicle I wanted. He was awesome and very respectful. First time buying a car in years, had a few bad experiences at other dealerships before we checked out Wayne Hyundai. We knew as soon as we walked in we were in the right place. We worked with Jeff experiences at other dealerships before we checked out Wayne Hyundai. We knew as soon as we walked in we were in the right place. We worked with Jeff Tepale and he was incredible, especially since we didn't make it easy for him (my wife was on site checking out options while I was stuck working at home). Jeff was incredibly helpful and courteous (and most importantly not high-pressure) and made getting the ball rolling on the purchase easy to do from home. Bonus was when I went that night to finalize everything, I saw the manager Harold who I had dealt with directly before many years ago at a different dealership (he was top notch then), so I know the dealership is in good hands. I'll be due to replace my vehicle in a few months and will be going right back to Wayne Hyundai to work with Jeff. More
Met my sales person, Jeff Tapale, during a cold, rainy, and muddy day to just look at the Santa Fe and Genesis vehicles. I was greeted at the door and met Jeff shortly afterwards. Although the weather was terrible, he was very willing to take me outside to show all the different trim options and colors of both cars. His shoes were caked in mud. I never had such great sales service, going above and beyond. Even after having to delay my purchase and shop other dealers, Jeff maintained contact for any and all questions, without being pushy. When it finally came down to the purchase, Jeff and the dealership made a hassle free deal on a new Santa Fe. I would recommend Wayne Hyundai and Jeff to anyone considering a Hyundai. More
