Came in not sure what to expect with my trade in and credit score, but as soon as I walked in Jeff Tepale greeted me with a giant smile and I felt at ease immediately. He was a pleasure to work with, an credit score, but as soon as I walked in Jeff Tepale greeted me with a giant smile and I felt at ease immediately. He was a pleasure to work with, answered all my questions and calmed my nerves. :) He asked what my needs were financially and car wise and he and Anna in finance made it happen! Anna is also amazing and an EXTREME pleasure to work with..... she fought for me to get what I wanted with the banks and I'm now driving a BEAUTIFUL 2025 Tucson. I was so excited I gave them both huge hugs when leaving. I text Jeff every so often with questions about the car and he responds the same day. Would recommend Jeff at Wayne Hyundai to anyone looking to finance or lease. I'll actually be bringing my daughter there as well to trade in her vehicle with Jeff. Everyone at the dealership is easy to work with and seems really customer-oriented. I leased a Tucson for my wife there a few months ago and when it was time to replace my car, I did not hesitate to go back. really customer-oriented. I leased a Tucson for my wife there a few months ago and when it was time to replace my car, I did not hesitate to go back. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is because when I went to pick up my plates, I had a $60 balance. I’ve owned or leased 9-10 cars so far and this has never happened before. No one who was there when I went to pick up my plates was able to explain the balance. I was not going to split hairs over $60 but I feel like somebody should’ve been able to explain that to me. More
