Very pleasant leasing experience!! Walking into the dealership was welcoming and we were immediately introduced to Max Mills, our salesperson and offered a refreshment. Max was very professional and very knowledgeable about the Tucson. He showed us the car and we went for a test drive however when we got back I was checking out the car and realized the back hatch did not have an automatic lift which was a deal breaker for me. I wasn’t interested in the Limited version which had the auto lift, but I did love the car. Max then suggested the Tucson Value and I am now driving my new Tucson Value!! In summary, Max didn’t give up and found the perfect match for me. I would highly recommend Max and feel he is a very valuable asset to Wayne Hyundai!!! More

Friendly staff, poor internal communication and customer rn! Purchased a vehicle with my girlfriend, initial buying experience was good and very nice friendly staff until we actually started filling out paperwor Purchased a vehicle with my girlfriend, initial buying experience was good and very nice friendly staff until we actually started filling out paperwork on the car. Of course as with any car the buying process took many hours, so many so that we had to return at a later date to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car with financing. Upon our return to pick up the car and finalize paperwork we were informed that our car salesman set the wrong appointment time for us. As such we were left to wait what should have been 20 minutes another three and a half hours ending up being there until almost 10. While we were waiting for the finance department we got to look at the car went to unlock it and realized that the key we were given was not for our car. After dealing with upper management within the dealership which acted in a "blame it on the customer manner". Now 3 weeks later still without the spare key and refusing to create a copy for us, we have reached out to the corporate office to which the corporate office was even treated disrespectfully when reaching out to the dealer. It is not my intention to say that this dealership is bad or that they are not great people to buy a car from. What I am more saying is the manners in which they are dealing with their customer retention and level of communication between management and staff is highly concerning for a franchise that prides themselves on customer satisfaction. This experience will definitely sway my feelings upon returning to purchase another vehicle and is an instance I felt should not go unnoticed. More
