Very good experience Mr, Klein was very nice, respectful, and expedient in conducting the trade in of my old car and the sale of the new car. He answered all of my questions and showed me some detailed features about the car of which I was not already aware. He made sure the car was properly set up before I left the dealership, followed up within a few days, and later found the toll tag (!) I had forgotten in my old car even though it had already left the lot and was no longer in the dealer's possession. I am very satisfied with my experience and would not hesitate to recommend others work with Mr. Klein and the Wayne dealership. The Elantra is a very nice car with an excellent set of features for its size and price. We are enjoying it very much! More
