Excellent Customer Service! Rick Klein was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my new 2017 Sonata Limited. I came in knowing what I wanted, and what fair market value was on Rick Klein was a pleasure to work with when purchasing my new 2017 Sonata Limited. I came in knowing what I wanted, and what fair market value was on the vehicle. Rick spared me the typical "salesman talk" that you still find at most dealerships, and actually spoke to me honestly and truthfully. He made the entire process painless and easy! Even though I was mostly familiar with the vehicle prior to coming in, he was able to exceed my expectations by pointing out relevant features and benefits that would apply to my use of the vehicle simply by asking thoughtful and relevant questions.
