Very disappointed I went to Hyundai, Wayne NJ, Dealership and completed a lease trade in contract. The contract states that Hyundai, will pay off my old lease with Inf I went to Hyundai, Wayne NJ, Dealership and completed a lease trade in contract. The contract states that Hyundai, will pay off my old lease with Infiniti, in the amount of $7200. In exchange, I will enter into a new 3 year lease with Hyundai. The contract was agreed and signed on May 29th. No check has been issued to Infiniti for the above amount. I have several text messages stating the date when the payment will be sent, but every time I have followed up, they change the date, in which the payment will be sent. To date, the payment has not been sent and Infiniti has not received a payment from Hyundai. I called Hyundai's Corporate Office, but was directed to call their finance department, who directed me to continue to contact the dealership. The finance department did tell me that this is very unusual and that when a trade in lease deal is made a check is to be issued the same day I take possession of the Hyundai vehicle. My account with Infiniti is now past due. My car insurance has doubled, because I'm covering two vehicles and my credit score will be effected. More
