terrible experience at Wayne Hyundai in Wayne, NJ The staff is obviously quick to sell you a car, then terrible at following up on your out of state plate, forgetting deadlines and telling you that if The staff is obviously quick to sell you a car, then terrible at following up on your out of state plate, forgetting deadlines and telling you that if your plate doesn't come in on time, you may need to "take the bus for a day or two". Also, that "it's out of -their - hands". They also were quick to point out mistakes, such as blaming the customer for incorrectly registering the car, after which I proved that I correctly filled out the paperwork, which was done digitally for copies and all persons in the transaction had copies. In other words, the paper proved that the address was correct, yet they insisted that I was wrong. Amazing considering I'm purchasing the 2nd most expensive thing after my home - you would think they were selling $25 neck-ties, not automobiles. Never again. - CA More

Love my Elantra! I recently turned in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and was ready for a change. My salesman, Rick Klein, was super nice to work with. First I test I recently turned in my 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and was ready for a change. My salesman, Rick Klein, was super nice to work with. First I test drove the Sonata, but I wasn't sure if it was the right car for me, so I asked Rick to show me the Elantra. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with it! Rick was extremely patient with me while I was deciding which car I wanted, and he was very knowledgeable on both cars. Once I made my decision, I met with Louis Rivera who went over all of the financial details. When the car was ready to go, Rick took the time to show me how everything worked in the car. I have had my Elantra for 2-1/2 weeks now and couldn't be happier with my decision. I love my Elantra! Rick was a pleasure to work with . . . I will definitely be back to Wayne Hyundai when I'm ready to lease another car. Thanks Rick! More

Professionalism at it's best!!!! From the moment I walked in the door, salesman Sotiri Cortes was amazing. He walked the entire lot with me explaining the differences between each mod From the moment I walked in the door, salesman Sotiri Cortes was amazing. He walked the entire lot with me explaining the differences between each model of the Sonata that I was interested in. We went for a test drive and I fell in love with the car but not necessarily the color. When we went back to the dealership Sotiri looked in the computer to see if the color I wanted was perhaps in the system. And it was!! Sotiri handled every aspect of my sale, from finding me the color I wanted to helping me return my leased vehicle. I cannot say enough great things about this young man.
