A Dealer That Actually Let's You Shop! I personally hate to shop for vehicles. Mostly because in my past experience, salesmen were either too aggressive or didn't even know the vehicle's th I personally hate to shop for vehicles. When I first came to Wayne Hyundai, I had a great experience. Although I had a different salesperson the first time (George), I had a great experience with Rick Klein. I was greeted upon my arrival and allowed to go through their lot to check out their inventory. Nobody followed me around. Imagine that, a dealer that actually let's you walk around their lot without a salesperson chasing you around asking questions. Since I had a great experience my first time, I came back to Wayne Hyundai. Although I was sad to hear that George was no longer there, I had the same great experience. My sales person, Rick Klein, asked me if I wanted coffee or water and invited me inside to discuss what I was looking for. It was a much different experience that I had before coming to Wayne Hyundai. Mr. Klein was able to check the different options in the different models and find me a vehicle in a budget I was comfortable with and would love. Something most salespeople conveniently forget when trying to sell you a vehicle you don't want to buy. He was extremely patient too because when I first came to Wayne Hyundai I was looking at the Tucson. After test driving it, I was not convinced it was my car. Mr. Klein asked me what about it I didn't like and we went through the options I was looking for. He was able to find me the right vehicle to fit my needs. I would highly recommend others to Wayne Hyundai and will return upon my lease end. More
