Great Dealership! Rick Klein was very informative, professional, and at the same time a down to earth guy that I trust, and who had my needs in mind. He set up my phone, and went over everything from start to finish, and explained everything soo well, I was able to recall how to use all the options the 1st time. I have already referred a coworker to him. Luis Rivera was also a great guy, who know what he was doing, and explained the "paperwork" in layman's terms. As a lot of other dealerships try to explain things using terms to confuse you, rather then explain things in terms that someone not in the industry wouldn't understand thoroughly. I wish car shopping/purchasing was always this easy! More
