Did have great experience dealing with this car dealer. I did enter the dealership 1 week earlier and did have a great experience asking Mr. Cortes about the car status and the different options available o I did enter the dealership 1 week earlier and did have a great experience asking Mr. Cortes about the car status and the different options available on the car I was looking for. After a couple of test drive with few different Sonata, I did appreciate his cooperation and knowledge of the entire process, did leave the dealership impressed by this sale person. Visited another dealership, expecting similar outcome, but it did not happen at all; and within 1 week did return to Mr. Cortes to purchase the Sonata that he had been showing me, and informed me of all the possible options and standard about the car. It was truly a pleasure having shopped here and having been assisted by this pleasant and intelligent dealer, which made the purchase of this car an easy process for me.
