WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! LIARS!!!! I contacted this dealership to find out information regarding a tuscan. I explained to the woman that i had already been to a local dealership and spe I contacted this dealership to find out information regarding a tuscan. I explained to the woman that i had already been to a local dealership and spent a lot of time going back and forth about price and financing and I wanted to see what they had to offer. She verified that they has the car I wanted in stock. I asked her what different financing offers they had available. Among the many options they offered a 0% for 48 months. I then asked Linda what the price would be for the vehicle if I were to go with the 0% for 48 months. I was sent an email which quoted me $30,855. At the top of the email it also advertised that the dealership would match a down payment of up to $3,000. Thinking that this was to good to be true I call Linda back t verify all the information. I wanted to make sure the price listed was the price based on the financing and that the matching of the down payment was corrected. Linda told me " The price of the car, is the price of the car it does not matter how it is financed. And as far as the down payment matching she said if i put down $1,000 they will match $1000, if i put down $1,500 they put down $1,500. After making 4 phone calls back and forth confirming the informating and telling Linda that we would be traveling over and hour to the dealership we wanted to make sure everything was accurate. Linda stated all the information was documented so when we arrived there would be no question. This was not the case. My husband showed up with the intention of buying this vehicle and was told " we can't do that offer". Apparently the price we were sent was based on whether or not you were military or a "loyal customer" and because we didn't currently own a hyundai there would be an additional $1,000 charge. (none of this was asked or told to me on the phone during the 5 phone calls back and forth) When i called Linda questioning why this was happening she told me that she was going to call over to the dealership and straighten everything out. (She did not straighten it out and we were still being told that they would not honor the given information) I then spoke with Kim who is apparently a manager (i am not sure why because her attitude is horrible) who told me that Linda misinformed me but if i had read the fine print at the bottom of the email that is is all explained. I asked Kim why they have sales associates who answer questions for customers if they give false information. I called several times asking the questions because the "fine print" was not clear. After making several excuses and saying she would talk to Linda she refused to help me further. The salesman at the dealership also said that Linda is known for doing this quite often. When they finally decided on the price they would sell the car for, which was more than what my local dealership would sell it for i asked them about there "wayne Hyundai price assurance program" which states they will better any legitimate offer by another dealership by $300 and they won't lose business because of price. Well again a LIE and that is not the case. BEWARE of this place!!!!! More

Sotiri cared that I understood all the details of the transaction, the features of the car, and was patient in allowing me to come to a decision without pressure sales tactics. Great guy and very professional! When I entered the dealership I started speaking with a sales person, but unfortunately did not vibe well with him. When I let the dealership know I wasn't completely happy they took my request to work with someone else without hassles. From the get-go Sotiri made it a very good experience. The car I purchased was a 2015 Toyota; it had some of its original warranty coverage, and I was able to purchase at a fair price. So far so good! Also, I went through Edmunds on-line, which provided a $300 coupon off the listed price, and a $100 gas card (waiting to see if I actually get it after submitting paper-work!) Finally, just one note of advice for 1st-time buyers. Make sure to ask all questions regarding any fee's regarding the dealer documentation fee, and *options* such as security etching, etc, that should be disclosed before you seal the deal! That is the time to negotiate. And double check all papers and numbers put before you BEFORE you sign. Read ALL forms at the end thoroughly before you sign. Don't rush! You'll be glad. Good luck!
