A great car buying experience I had a wonderful experience buying my car. The salesman called me and told me they have a car that I might be interested in. (I am a returning cust I had a wonderful experience buying my car. The salesman called me and told me they have a car that I might be interested in. (I am a returning customer) He was not overly aggressive. I told him what I was interested in and what I was willing to pay for a new vehicle and he was able to work with me. I went in on a Friday night and I had my new car Saturday AM. The salesman and the person I spoke to in the financial department were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Best Leasing Experience So Far (5th Lease) Out of all my car buying experiences, this would be the most pleasant. And even though I was a hard customer (pair if you include my girlfriend) in terms of negotiations and knew exactly everything I was doing, I was received with very professional behavior. Mousa Ghannam, our salesman, was very relatable and professional, we never enjoyed car shopping more than we did with him. Our tough negotiating also didn't spoil his sense of humor and professional attitude. I also appreciated going over all the financials with Christopher Wells when signing the lease agreement, he presented the materials and options very clearly and I felt that I had all my questions answered, but never felt forced to take them like some places that come to mind (Toyota Universe required a Shower afterwards). We wouldn't hesitate to come back when my girlfriend's lease ends in about a year and a half. I'm very pleased and happy to stick with Hyundai based on this experience. More
